Great value! The room was half as expensive as other similar hotels. The room was clean and decent. We've stayed in similar hotels in the area for about twice the price, but they were not twice as better. We will try to stay here for our future trips to Williamsburg. You can't beat the price and have a decent, clean room.
Pillows were not comfortable...synthetic material, that was hot.
Huge Bathtub Clean Rooms
No ceiling fan and beds were a lil too hard
Our room was very clean. The price that we paid was very good and we are on a budget.
They did not have eveything for the breakfast as advertised.
At the Williamsburg Va Super 8 the Continetal breakfast was poor. Only Coffee and small doughnuts. Not like other Super 8's we have stayed in.
It was budget and pet friendly
The floors were dirty and the tub needs to be replaced
I forgot a gift in the room after we had already checked out and I probably wouldn't have remembered until hours after but I got a phone call from the female desk clerk alerting me to the gift. In today's day and age, we all know that in most cases I could have kissed that gift goodbye but the staff at Super8 went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. I will stay with them again!
Best part of the hotel was the front desk employee. Emma was lovely! Very easy to talk to and very kind. She was helpful with any questions I needed answered. I think she deserves a raise! Kayla Ilogti of Connecticut
Great location, close to Water Country usa. Plenty of parking.
Hotel description is somewhat misleading. The breakfast only had cold cereal, mini powdered donuts, toast and coffee. And those ran out quickly. My husband and I chose this hotel over another one, and paid more, because the description specifically says they have a breakfast including bagels and waffles. Room was in dire need of updating. The shower and sink faucets were rusty and squeaky, and the toilet was wobbly. Although, the sink counter top was nice and looked fairly new. The bedspread had holes in it and there were stains on both the couch and the carpet. The website photos make it look much nicer than it is in reality. Our room was on the bottom floor and there were kids in the room above us, and it sounded like they ran in circles for hours all day long. Luckily, we were only in the room to get ready to go out and to sleep, otherwise I might have requested to move.
Location right next to Colonial Williamsburg. Very cheap price.
The motel seemed a bit dodgy, room smelled strange... Ok clean though.
Location - the night clerk was friendly
The manager lied to us and the room was horribly dirty
I enjoy my time there.. so did my son..my son was the one who search it and ask to stay there..room was nice and the time to bush garden was awesome a 15 minute drive.. lots of food area around and a quiet stay..we will be going back to bush garden and will be staying at super8.. thank you
Room was clean except for dingy carpet. Appliances and electronics worked fine.Bed was comfortable.
Desk clerk claimed she didn't receive any reservation for us the moment we walked in. But the motel was nearly empty and she gave me a room for the same price.
It was close to Busch Gardens and included a light breakfast.
The carpeting in the unit was very worn and looked dirty.
Stained ceilings, holes in carpet and phone was missing.
The location is good, easy access to everything in the area. Staff was helpful and nice
Rooms were very dirty, also too close to a sewer or similar with a very bad smell on the stairs.
